Tina Babbi

With more than two decades of experience in high-tech sales, marketing, and management, Tina has created high-performance sales strategies, systems, and organizations to drive growth for companies ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 100.
Throughout her career, Tina's innovative thinking, agility, courage, and resiliency along with her insight on technology, customers and markets has enabled her to inspire and lead teams to achieve “do or die” goals in revenue and market acceptance. Drawing on best practices from multiple successes launching companies quickly and efficiently, Tina has built teams, operational structures and business models that capitalize on market trends and fuel revenue growth.
Tina graduated from Cornell University with a BS degree in Civil and Biological Engineering. She was named one of Silicon Valley’s Most Influential Women in 2013.

Dave Cowan

Dave is a seasoned B2B sales leader with over two decades of experience driving revenue growth by managing end-to-end sales and support organizations that deliver operational efficiency and superior customer service.

Dave has extensive experience developing markets, managing direct and channel sales, and building high performance teams in the US, Asia, and Europe for SaaS platforms, software development tools, embedded systems and IoT device networks.

Dave holds both BA and MBA degrees from the University of California at Berkeley.

Bruce Ericson

Bruce is passionate about building and scaling customer facing teams for early to mid- stage technology companies. He has served on the executive team of seven early stage ventures leading global sales, customer success, marketing, and business development. Bruce has broad experience selling B2B enterprise SaaS and software products into diverse markets including infrastructure, networking, IIoT, fintech, retail, payments, artificial intelligence, marketing automation, cloud computing, and aerospace and defense. His experience ranges from building sales teams from the ground up to leading all customer facing aspects of a business. Bruce has extensive international channel experience having established multiple teams in EMEA and APAC. He enjoys supporting the growth of those around him and helping people develop their skills and build their careers.

Bruce has a technical background earning a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University.

Dylan Kennedy

With over 25 years of Sales and Marketing experience, Dylan works with the team at SVSG providing strategic guidance and leadership on all client engagement and business related functions.
Dylan has driven venture backed start up’s from $0 to $50M in revenue and has built marketing plans and sales management plans on a worldwide basis. He understands commercial risk management and the importance of defining a clear go to market strategy, best sales practices and how to train and implement robust game changing teams to execute and deliver. A Hi Tech Sales leader for most of his career, he has held all positions of seniority from Global Account Management to World Wide Sales leader and GM. He has worked with very large chip organizations such as Siemens and Intel and has taken best practices, streamlined, and applied that to start ups enabling a lean and fast organization to maximize revenue and minimize expenditure.
His early years were spent as a software engineer delivering telecoms based systems and that coupled with an extensive knowledge of embedded systems provides a skill set which technically understands IOT, machine learning and AI cloud based systems.
A graduate Microelectronics and Information Processing (BSc. Honors) from the University of Brighton in the United Kingdom.

Mike Vanneman

After a successful twenty-plus year run as a technology sales executive, Mike founded executive search firm, TVG Executive Search. The focus of TVG is to identify and recruit world class sales leaders and to help companies build quota exceeding sales teams.

In addition to his expertise at identifying and presenting top sales talent, Mike is frequently sought out for executive coaching and mentoring. His breadth of business experience and wise counsel continues to influence the careers of many industry professionals; from CEOs to sales executives to college graduates.

Mike created and teaches a career acceleration course called Prep4Career. Mike began teaching Prep4Career to the UCLA Football Team and since has expanded it to all Student-Athletes at UCLA. A former UCLA Soccer player and professional athlete, Mike understands the unique challenges people face in the transition from their athletic career into business. Prep4Career is applicable to high performance people regardless of level of play, sport or industry.
